Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. I am most well-known through my Instagram account @annephung. This is where I share my life story. The highs, the lows and all in between. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. In the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents inspired me and I worked to be successful. It was my plan to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure an excellent job. After that, I was looking for to have a family and a wife. While I believed this was the standard for the ideal life, reality had other goals. In 2013, I found it difficult to accept my job. Although the salary and the status was great but I did not feel that the work was satisfying. In reality, I thought I was spending my time. I possessed a love of exercising and enjoyed having fun and helping people when I was navigating the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success this year, 2021. In this field there is a lack of Asian females. As coach, my mission is to encourage people to lead a healthy and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to every person's individual needs and desires. Furthermore, I try in empowering others to achieve the goals they have set for themselves in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. When my business was taking flight and I was advancing, my mom passed away. This loss is the hardest of everything. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. Then she's in Heaven and I'll remain close to her in my heart. Life really does have a way with giving us precisely what we require, even when we're unable to see the lesson at this moment. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. I believe her passing gave me the opportunity to begin a new chapter. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to begin her new life as I was given another chance to live an enjoyable and satisfying life. Now into my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like I was in my past. My goal in sharing my experience is to show you that, you are not the only one. I hope that you feel that love is real and that therapy can be regular. Health is your greatest asset. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as death is the only thing promised to the people in our lives.
