Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. Similar with The Cinema Snob in that she enjoys dumb action movies. She began reviewing in late 2009, and when she gained some status through the forums (under the name of her former handle Obscurus Lupa) she became a member of the Channel Awesome family. The website remained online until the early days of 2015, when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed its name into Movie Nights. Presently, she hosts two podcasts. One covering the Charmed Franchise and another co-hosted alongside Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Brad Jones' film Jesus Bro! also starred her. and frequently guest-starred on his TV show Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible children's films or RiffTrax live shows and occasionally an adult-oriented comedy (including of course Baywatch (2017)). In late 2009 she began to review movies, and began to gain a following on Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome forums. She was then accepted into the family of network movie critics. Her appearances have been in numerous Channel Awesome programs, from Atop the Fourth Wall and Phelous & the Movies to Atop the Fourth Wall. She used to be a member of Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker She would also appear often on episodes of The Nostalgia Critic.
