At the 1976 Montreal Olympic Games was the moment she made history as the first athlete who scored a perfect 10 in asymmetric bars. Adding to this the six perfect tens, and was the youngest Olympic silver medalist. Comaneci didn't just attract attention from all over the world, she also put Romania on the map. The sporting icon made her a world-wide sensation after she achieved an impossible score. Her story became a legend as well as helped make gymnastics a popular sport across the world. The perception of women athletes was also altered by her achievements. The reason for this was the impact she had at the Olympics, that both the moves toe-on (toes on) as well as the release movement are named for her. They've remained till today, as tough. In addition to the Olympics, she showed remarkable results at her participation in the World Championships and European Championships and was subsequently an icon in the sport and amongst the top-known gymnasts the world could ever have. The 'Queen' of the Olympics following her departure to America, experimented with models and sports marketing equipment. Nadia Nadia Nadia Nadia 2 Nadia
